This vintage rigid steel MTB is in good condition and would make a great commuter/all terrain bike with smoother tires. Probably from tthe late 80's/early 90's. We’d love to build it up for you and make any changes or upgrades you’d like to suit your needs. 79cm stand over height with the current 26x1.95” tires, 56cm frame (measured this time from top of seat tube to center of bottom bracket).

Tange steel mainframe and Chromo 4130 steel fork. Made in Taiwan, handcrafted for Mongoose. Cool black pain job with white splatters and blue, purple and white accents. Paint is in great condition, very little wear. Two eyelets on the front fork and one on the rear for racks and/or fenders. Schwinn seat in great condition. Comes with Mongoose toe clip pedals (not pictured) flat handlebars, stem and original Mongoose bike computer that somehow still functions.

Comes with 3x7 drivetrain, Suntour Accushift rear derailleur, suntour front derailleur, Sumtour X-press accushift plus thumb shifters, Sakae XCT crank, Dia Compe XCT cantilever brakes and levers.   

Priced as a tuned up, working bike, and we recommend updating it a bit which would be a bit extra for parts and labor. Reach out to start a quote if you are interested.

Shipped bikes come with some basic assembly required - we recommend you get it assembled by a professional mechanic and you can even have it shipped directly to your local bike shop for your convenience. Receipt of assembly by a mechanic is required for mechanical guarantee claims on shipped bikes.
